VERTICAL HYDROPONIC FARMING

We grow a large variety of aromatic herbs, leafy greens and edible flowers from March to November. Our produce is sold to local restaurants, including Michelin starred La Cour des Loges, and even made its way to Georges Blanc 3* restaurant : )

CIRCULAR FARMING

Part of project DECISIVE (funded under Horizon 2020), we conduct experiments on anaerobic digestate as hydroponic & soil fertilizers, and biopesticides.

Our farm will also be a demonstrator for DECISIVE, and a micro-AD unit equipped with a CHP (combined heat & power) stirling engine will be installed in Spring 2019. We will recycle biowaste collected from surrounding restaurants & schools into energy and farm inputs.
